Inspection is $150 , with referral only $45, per unit. include Apartment Addendum and useful information for many languages upon request.

excessive beds or furniture MORE! OR denied due to Excessive sanitation clutter. Inspection non refundable.

Includes THREE service's two weeks apart and comes with a extra 30 day warranty.  No cost adjustment if tenant does not do all three service's.

Each unit has its own file with Exterminator Extraordinaire. The tenant signs contract of agreement to do work, there is no UNPROFESSIONAL handouts.

Owner or Management company pays with separate contract and is provided the paperwork and the two follow up reports if tenant did not co-operate and a eviction is necessary, 

because they are cause and a threat to everyone in the building.

Bonus: if the entire Building is serviced a total 90 day control period awarded.

Procedure:

1.You must send : First and last Names? How many are in the unit?, What Languages?, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBERS.

2. Contact the tenants EXTERMINATOR EXTRAORDINAIRE WILL BE CALLING FOR APPOINTMENT.

3. PAY THE PAYPAL REQUEST FOR INSPECTION agreement.

4. AFTER PROPOSAL(Inspection) . We will send ATTACHED FILE(e-mail) OF INSPECTION. THAT TOOK PLACE WITH THE TENANTS (SIGNATURE).

5. If work is needed:::: Management approves and pays Paypal contract. or check in person. : )

6. EXTERMINATOR EXTRAORDINAIRE meets with tenants again and has instructions and state law requirements signed, and the three dates approved    with tenants.

7. First service only( non cooperate report filed), otherwise no report on first service., Second report two weeks later signed by tenant for tracking. Third report signed two weeks later again. (If tenant does not have third treatment done for whatever reason the 60 day control is dissolved. No refund or adjustment. There is no guarantee only a warranty.  Bedbugs are increasing 45% every year according to Google Trends.
